HENRY THEODORE JOST

(Aug 7, 1960 - Feb 20, 2024)

Henry Theodore “Hank” Jost was an unforgettable force behind the bar.  A self-proclaimed gintonicologist, his cocktails and character created such memorable experiences for guests that they inevitably became regulars - loyal to this day.  He was paramount to the success of Enoteca Athena and bar programs beyond with his paternal nature that nurtured and inspired talented bartenders and servers throughout the state - (we owe so much to you, Henry).   He has left his legacy to the next generation and we honor him by keeping his dream alive by continuing to provide excellent food, excellent drink, excellent service, and a place to continue making those connections in our community.

The “In Henry’s Memory” cocktail program is a rotating cocktail from his recipe book that changes seasonally.  Partial proceeds from each cocktail sold are donated to the Humane Society in his name - a small gesture for a great man.
